I am writing this letter of thanks to you and your wonderful workforce for the superb work that your company have carried out. I ordered three sarcophagi in grey granite, with my regimental emblem engraved into the centre one....my family and I were amazed at the superb quality of both the structures and the engraving, they surpassed our expectations. From the start of this project I have had nothing but positive responses whenever I have contacted your office for advice, especially from Susan who carried out a tremendous transformation of a few pictures into the stunning emblem now in place, also the people on site, with Chris and his lads always accommodating whenever I visited, along with Eric whom I had the pleasure to meet this week and who was responsible I believe for blasting the emblem...superb tradesmen one and all.
