Each welters Partnership Programme is specifically tailored to embrace success against the backdrop of the interest, experience and requirement of the partners and the nature of the individual project.

Generality
welters Partnerships more commonly emerge when welters DESIGN, MANUFACTURE and INSTALL systems are incorporated as ‘turnkey’ facilities.

The further participants, being either private or public sector operators, are likely to cause land under their ownership or control to be utilised for the programme.

The partners would jointly agree the tenure, term and condition attached to all sales creating rights of occupation. All rights are commonly term limited and/or renewable.

welters would normally receive an initial payment of 50% of the DESIGN, MANUFACTURE and INSTALLATION cost and receive 50% of the equity. The gross sales income would also be allocated in similar proportion assuming only two parties are involved.
